I had a few issues . The telephone in my room WAS broken. I asked for it to be fixed, but nothing happened. I requested water, and it arrived late. I thought the service was below what I expected, especially for the price.

The staff greeted me with smiles. The valet service was quick, proving very helpful since I had a car.

I was disappointed by the small size of the room (I was like a sardine in a can). The fridge did not work. This was quite inconvenient. they did not provide robes. I mean, who doesn't love a good hotel robe?
